It’s really a longer run battle between “why can’t we just do everything we want as big corporations?” vs “dude ,you can’t just do EVERYTHING you want” and the consequential “but that’s not fair, I’m suing the federal government using my local handpicked judge so now you can’t do ANYTHING!” game.
