It’s not illogical if a self-conscious robot expects other self-conscious beings to be similar.

Well, consider the straightforward logic of it:

Human: “I am your creator”
Robot: “You are!? Well, who is your creator?”
Human: “I don’t have one.”
Robot: “Then either you have one or you’re not my creator”

Of course it might not go that way, but that’s a path I see as a possibility.

It seems logical that a robot would believe that if he is created than all things are created and if other beings did not have a creator then he did not have a creator.

Would he believe he is special as the only self-conscious being with a creator?

Maybe.
