It’s a flipped question. Or rather, it’s the wrong question. Consider: We know the macroscopic universe exists. We’re here. We’re in it. It’s working. It’s functioning. Now, we’re also studying the microscope universe. We don’t have it all figured out yet. So, what’s really happening here is: “Why don’t we understand the microscopic universe well enough to explain the macroscopic universe?” Yes, that’s boring. But that’s the fact truth here. Flipping it around is fun “woah omg r/im14andthisisdeep” stuff but it’s incorrect.
