It’s a breath of fresh air. I don’t mind folks using large grouping terms as shortcuts to facilitate discussion (like saying liberals this, communists that, capitalists the other thing, randians, etc) but it becomes a problem to me when these “personality type” shortcuts:
a) are actually used to construct one’s whole identity – which is a religion to me or
b) used to ascribe immutable traits to a person or holders of an ideology — some going so far as as to search for genetic roots.

It could be said that individualism is a groupthink of its own kind – and people have tried to group individualism into a large group-mass but it usually fails because the very nature of an individualistic outlook allows for too much variety to neatly move in lockstep, although I’m sure it happens with that too at times.

I’m still not studied in RAW at all. I like the gist of what I know, but I try on principle to not get too heavily invested in particular thinkers and instead have a light tough. Not recommending it for anyone else, just I try to avoid getting sucked in too much as it’s easy to find one’s self becoming the megaphone for another and losing one’s own voice in the process.
Or I’m just too lazy/ADHD to read it.
