Foreskin debates are sometimes a proxy for “why Jewish people [x]” or “why religion [x]” or “Why women [x]” or as a rallying point for a menimism style rally.
For those into the foreskin issue, they have bumper stickers for you.
Baby foreskin debates are fine as baby foreskin debates. But they’re too often a proxy for: men’s rights, “why women suck”, why [x] religion is bad, why all religion is bad, the abortion debate, etc.
But as a stand-alone issue, it’s worthy of discussion.
I don’t think they should be cut. It’s mutilation. That said, if they’re hiding out from the courts complaining about the decisions the mother of their child is making, they don’t have much of a leg to stand on in the fatherhood department.
Regarding abortion: the moment male wombs work or an engineered solution can be provided, the current American way of abortion stuff is fine. It’s one person until they can be separated into two. Until then, it’s the one person’s decision.
