It would be a poor manager that was in constant conflict with everybody, quite the opposite of a “well-oiled machine” which is the goal of any functional system.

We’re not debating. I’m explaining but it takes time.
Growth is through everchanging, continual minor (with occasional major punctuated) frustrations along with ongoing cooperations. Far more cooperation than conflict otherwise systems would fail.
“Conflict” brings up images of silly childish battles and wargames.
