It might not get better. It might get worse. It might get intolerably worse. It might get better. It might get unthinkably better.
It might even cease to be an issue as you’ve moved on to other things.

Oh this is a depression hill? I can’t answer for this. I’ll leave my other naive comment to stand as is for honesty though.
I’ve suffered bouts of melancholy that I *thought* was depression, but it wasn’t.
I’ve said, “Just think your way out of it!” stuff too, naively, many times.
I know better now. If I compare it to ADHD, I can relate.
