I love experiments like that smile emoticon They’re on me, they’re safe enough, and I *know* if they work because.. it’s me. [even if it’s placebo, I don’t care. Placebo is powerful stuff too]. But I throw as much Science as I can at the question so that I feel confident if nothing else smile emoticon

It led me to a new habit as well: occasional zinc and magnesium together. I got reasons I could ramble about but it’s related to anxiety, immune system, creative-thinking combined with memory retention (one of my obsessions) and stuff like that.

Oh, heart health too. We get calcium (and now VitD) shoved into us by media promotions but where’s the relaxer? Calcium tenses, magnesium relaxes (well, “opens” or “releases”). You get your mag from the chloryphill in green veggies but I don’t always eat as much greens as I want (even though I love salad).

So if I feel my veg intake is low, I take some magnesium.
