It depends what level you’re talking about. Some things are situational – tired or drinking or drugs or anger or blindly horny and lots of regret afterwards. On the other extreme you have siblings / cousins who fall in love. And you have other extremes because this is an area that’s all extremes I think : Taking advantage of power relationships over a long period of time. No regret from the powerful.
