Life is a continuous process. The start of a zygote is the death of a sperm and the death of an egg. The start of an embryo is the death of the zygote. By week 5, the embriotic period starts, where cell differentiation begins and you start to see arms and legs and brain sprouting.
You have to go ALL THE WAY to Week 22 to have a beating heart.
To me, any valid discussions about “is it human?” can’t even start until week 22.
It’s quite literally a “clump of cells” prior to full differentiation.
