In flow you’re “just doing it” and ALSO consciously aware of what’s going on. It’s an awesome sensation.

I think about that. I think there’s times that you’re consciously aware of movement; and those times it’s difficult to move; get frozen. Othertimes it’s habit – you just follow the same movements you’ve followed before.

The best feeling though is when you’re in “flow”.
