Wealthy media troublemakers from the Breitbart cluster (who need to make news to sell news) were passing out fliers in spanish a few years back – dropping them from planes if I remember right – encouraging migration, as well as having operatives on the ground. I’ll have to drag it up again – it was a few years ago – but I wasn’t surprised when I’d read it.
