IMAGINATION occurs across ALL sensory modalities, not just visual. Touch, Hearing, Taste, Smell and the others, and also Propositional Imagination (“What if?”) are equally valid modes of imagination.
So WHY is *visual* imagination so heavily studied, AS IF it’s the only kind of imagination? I’m going to find out.
