I’m repeating this because I worked for “Big Pharma” (Schering-Plough, now Merck) long ago and I know something most people don’t know: They make drugs that work but “just”. It reduces side-effects down to almost none while delivering the necessary benefits. Claritin (which was prescription in my era which gives it away), is a good example of that. So any fear of shots or pills is ridiculous because they intentionally make it effective but JUST beyond placebo. [it has to be beyond sugar-pill and it is – but sugar-pill is very hard to beat] So, yeah, stick me. I know it’s weak but effective. I don’t like it. I don’t like a sore arm for a day and some people got it worse. But is it necessary? Yeah.
