In short, if you understood the SLOW TORTURE of having to learn to be thankful for TimeCop — until Stargate SG-1 came along in 1999 as a fair Dr. Who substitute for a while — it’s hard to explain why having Disney involved now is good.
Of course there’s always the chance of it getting into – THE DISNEY VAULT – along with Bambi – but that’s still preferable to the desert of 1989-2005 and TimeCop… I mean I still have fond memories of that show. It’s like that Stolkholm Syndrome, learning to love your captor and yes I see the connection but it’s fully conscious
