I’m looking to start up a newsletter regarding rights. This would be both a paper and electronic newsletter. Any thoughts on how I should go abou this?

One of my biggest problems with it is finding writers! Another problem is that I would have trouble finding news articles that are relavent… Any and all help (even a “Good Luck” in my PO Box) is appreciated!
