I’m considered GenX. Born in the middle of it all. I believe I once heard my subgrouping described as: “2nd Wave GenX / 8-bit tech, future-oriented” — I think it was something that talked about “3 waves of GenX”, – the 3rd wave being the Nirvana, the 1st wave being the 70s-disco, and the 2nd wave being home computing, arcades, Duran-Duran, along with the regular high teen sex rate, high teen suicide rate, high teen drug use, etc.
