I’m big on: Magnesium, b12 + normal zinc and fish oil on an occasional basis. A few times a week.
For D, I get outside. [I’m outside as much of the day as I can. Out of direct sun but I think filtered sunlight (shade) gives me enough.
D3 in pill form makes my stomach hurt badly so I don’t use that.
Those are the only vitamin supplements I mess around with anymore. I tried many others through the years but those are the only ones that had dramatic effect from use or neglect-to-use.
