I’m assuming you have self-awareness of your role as a public communicator when writing with people online in forums.

Sure I am. I’m communicating with you. You’re expressing your opinions to me. Unless communicating online is also a parasocial activity.after all, we’re minor public figures simply by virtue of talking “in front of” an audience who may be reading these things.I’m assuming you have self-awareness of your role as a public communicator when writing with people online in forums.

DELUSIONAL would be believing we are distinct from the world of public communication inhabited by greta thunberg and kyle rittenhouse media coverage.
As long as we participate in these online spaces, we are a part of the very same media spaces they inhabit, with equal potential reach.
So by amplifying an opinion in an online forum, I am a broadcaster. You are a broadcaster amplifying your opinion.
We are not distinct from those worlds while in these forums. The only difference is enacted scale.

But if you believe you have some magical insight into people’s personalities based on text written online in public forums, by all means, call everybody else delusional.
