I’m ancient — when I was 14 yrs old – pre-internet , I was a statistics nerd and curious. I went through the ENTIRE “sexual behavior of the human male” at my public library over a period of like 4 hours after school. Reading all the tables, the quotes, getting a sense of the ‘field’ of what’s a range for men — mind you it was done in the 20s/30s and published in the late 40s. I didn’t know it was controversial – it was the 80s and i don’t think people were complaining about it much then – – so I wasn’t TOTALLY shocked at the Australian #’s — but it’s the candor of making and publishing such a study is what impresses me
