18 yrs old, college smartass [in contrast to middle aged smartass?]
I loved to go around to my Tolerant friends, waxing poetic about their tolerance.
All I had to say is: *”If you’re so tolerant, are you tolerant of intolerant people, because if you’re only tolerant of tolerant people, you’re more intolerant than them.”
The resulting social melee was priceless. They were so busy feeling superior they didn’t stop to think how intolerant THEY were being.
Yeah, I was/am a prick sometimes. 🙂
