I’m an information junkie: I’m _going_ to find the answer somehow when I get into something. Transitioned from books to Internet with no problem: reading books is actually hard for me after decades online but I force my way through them as best I can. tongue emoticon
But yeah, I never forgot. Eyes wide open at 14, fought for dress code rights. 18-25 fought for youth rights on the early Internet. Even now, I do what I can to encourage people to believe in their own inner resolve and that they CAN call on it when they need it, and also to forgive themselves and others… but mostly to keep creating. I don’t think I felt either oppressed or freed by laws all that much through the years, but creativity and expression have been my freedom.
If you think or feel something, express it… somehow. Don’t let it stay bottled up.
