But the list I got was alphabetized and I wanted to sort it various ways. I also expanded the original author’s codes into something I could use. I’ll show what I worked from in next comment.

This is what I had to install to extract the table. You can’t copy/paste tables from PDF files well. They get messed up.

But with this, I could. Much much easier. Wish I had it years ago.
