I was there for such a short time – 90-91 – but it remains such a significant part of my personal history. [college was too $$ for me to finish – couldn’t even finish a community college years later]. It was great seeing familiar activities from that time mentioned. Just seeing the name Timothy Shary gave me a smile: TSHARY was on the VAX/VMS almost as much as me and I remember the declaration of war broadcast on my terminal and I ran around telling everybody about it. I was glad to see a TV rolled in and all the people gathered later to watch. I felt like I had my Paul Revere moment. Silly, but it felt big at the time.
