I was a strong advocate for unschooling, home schooling, internet schooling for decades. lifetime really. i still lean that way. but i’m anti charter because of nonstop scams since the 90s (same with for profit prison -don’t get me started) however I have softened on anti-public-school after realizing just how much MORE corrupt the anti public school movements became, almost entirely lorded by billion dollar religious institutions with much real estate I also watched my flourish in the chaos – the same chaos that stifled me. i was skeptical of adhd meds in the 90s but turned around in the early 00s when i realized i was self medicating in other ways and that it does work for many.
