Just misdirected anger at one’s own past projected onto the future.
I agree. It’s an older book – from 1996 – but at first glance these diagrams _do_ seem to at least fit stereotypical negotiating patterns.
If nothing else, they’d be a good template for making a fictional movie involving inter cultural negotiations
