I took official IQ tests as a kid twice.
I’ve taken similar tests that used thr same scale through the years as well.
I’m sure I’ve taken this test at some point also if it’s been around a while.
The results are extremely consistent.
Now my mother is very practical smart and she switched the scores of my sister and I but wouldn’t tell us which score belong to who when we were children.
While she thinks her score is 110-120, the score of my sister and I were 134 and 142.
As an adult, I’ve come across a lot of people whose IQ is in the 140-144 range: and they all seem to have a similar personality phenotype.
A bit legalistic, pedantic beyond my own, and a certain type of cocksure with opinions.
They are people who can read legal documents without hesitation and break them down bit by bit.
I can read legal documents but I find them to be a struggle and a bore.
My sister is a paralegal, loves her work, and has the same phenotype as what I noticed in the online 140-144 iq range.
Now, the other IQ tests that I took myself – one of which I’m sure was actual mensa – all put put me at 134.
My sister is likely 142.
I am surely 134. INFP. Just barely in the “gifted” category. I avoided gifted programs.

The reason she switched our scores so we would always think the other was smarter, and wouldn’t fight over IQ.
She was right. We never fought over IQ because we were each jealous of the other.
Who is smarter in the end?
