I think the whole phrase is “count your blessings, not your problems” but the second part gets omitted. so I suppose “be grateful for the good things”. I don’t think I could say luck though because that’s in a realm of superstition to me. i use the incantation “good luck” sometimes but I try to say “I hope it all works out” or a more firm “you’ll do great!” if needed. I think that’s the most accurate from me that I can give. oh I trailed off there
