I think the best system is __whatever the system is that you were using right now__ if you aren’t capturing your data now, then you’re not doing it theoretically – there’s all kinds of great system but that’s all theoretical and doesn’t accomplish much except having correct opinions possibly PAPER : That’s probably the best system for long-term storage it can potentially survive some fire and flood if laser printer toner.
