True that. I’ve never done it specifically but I’ve applied it as a metaphor in a number of situations.

That’s how I see it, yeah. But if its’ used as a death wish, then it’s toxic.

Irish Wake always seemed reasonable. No emotion excluded from that affair.
But “must be happy” as the post has, seems unhealthy. If you want to cry or feel nothing, that should be ok too
