I think it’s acceptable to continue restriction of 2ndA if crime involved certain kinds of violent / vindictive behavior, as that can be a public health risk. Voting rights should be restored regardless. However, for most non-violent / non-threatening crimes – many of which are crimes against commercial code, restore the right to vote and 2ndA and all of them.
