I get muscle mass increases just by eating enough (but not too much) protein. I’m overweight yet that weight hasn’t changed much in decades, staying within the same range I was in in high school, even though I spent a lot of time sitting in front of the computer.

You’ve seen my long writings: euphoria *should* be evident in my writing style. What you can’t see is I type at 110 wpm, challenging myself to get the thoughts out of my head as quickly as my fingers let me. Still not fast enough. I love doing things FAST.

All anecdotal. Based on vague set of ‘symptoms’. But, the matches are good enough for me.

None of those seem to fit me. If there was a “free T check”, I’d get it but it’s not something that matters to me. I *should* get an update on basic things like cholesterol and stuff ’cause I’m supposed to. But blood sugar is normal, pulse rate is higher than normal, but blood pressure is always around 120/80. [checked last week, 122/79].

So do I *care* about T level? Naw, but it seems either normal or high but not low. If I was worried about low, I’d get it checked, sure.
