I saw the fuss he was raising on Twitter. “Oh, it was just a joke on the girlfriend by training her pug haha”. And shared on social media. And became the mascot pug for lots of less than desirable people that weren’t joking. And, I dunno, illegal in your country. My thing? Get over it. Pay your little fine, get your pity party together to pay for it for you and then some. (proceeds from the original video surely pay for it already and more). Can’t feel much sympathy for a celebrity. I try, but it’s hard.

I feel the same sympathy for a big youtuber who gets demonetized: Not much. Sorry your shaky business model got messed up but not really.

Can’t feel much for publicity stunt 101,000 follower CountDankula when he gets called out on crossing a line. https://twitter.com/CountDankulaTV

Yes, I think once you cross a threshhold, different rules apply because you have a strong fanbase platform of the automatically agreeing to appeal your case. At that point, it’s political. Different rules than you or I? Yup.

I’ll be the megaphone for a kid whose school squashing his free speech but for a guy that ALWAYS exercises free speech, making pushing free speech to its limits his income and fanbase model? Meh. He’s already GOT 101,000 megaphones guaranteed. My help? Not needed. My income? Not needed.
