I never followed a particular political commentator. I avoid anything PragerU on to the further right, I can handle standard ABC/NBC stuff, prefer Reuters level, disappointed in BBC. CNN I don’t go out of my way to look at but as their bias is easy to work around, I can filter. Fox’s straight reporting is fine but not the commentary stuff. MSNBC, which is considered progressive, I like how they talk when I have to watch a big news story but I flip around. Online, I’m on several of the odd NBC specialty pages – NBCBLK , NBC OUT and a couple of others as they give a bit of focus — and the comments from actual grandmothers on NBCBLK are hysterical and give me a much needed perspective. But I can’t think of anything I’m devoted to. I probably get most of my news from whatever’s trending on Twitter’s thing, or whatever new news my friends share around here or other places online.
