2008? It took *this* long for psychology to get here away from truth tables?
I need to go back to grammar-logic. They were *way* ahead of both this _and_ mathematical modeling _and_ philosophy. People talked about probabilities long before they were formalized and the logic is embedded in the grammar of the very languages we use already.
