i mean, if one could add simply a future time and place, it turns into something actionable whose liability fb is trying to avoid as they’re really trying to avoid having to deal with a situation where section 230 is repealed and they would actually be responsible for comments like that.
Theory is they can handle it themselves with section 230 but if they can’t and the gov has to step in, well, if/when they repeal section 230 they will and that’ll be that.
Not that fb is our hero against government but it’s a layer-between and they get immunity so long as they perform some of those same government functions isntead
