Some of the groups are helped out with programs such as Vocational Rehabilitation but he’s bringing it out of the shadows into normal job-description places like where you got this from. And of course, a segment of the internet will mock as they do, but it’s to get job descriptions that reflect what people are searching for in job searches but not finding. This expands the workforce pool.
