I know that you as an individual choose not to approve of what they are doing. But if all current laws were eliminated would there be an underlying human morality that would function by which their actions would be correctly construed as either right or wrong?

It seems as if you may be an individualist by that reckoning. You are deciding morality as an individual. Chris Chan decides morality as an individual. You and Chris Chan are individuals.
