 Well, yes you’re at Economics 101 level. But Economics 101 is not how things work.
You explain what every high school kid learns about economics – and most don’t go any further (supply/demand/invisible hand of market) and then pin all the troubles on whatever politician is less favorable to you at that time.
It implies the “if only the government wasn’t involved everything would magically work” but that’s not how things work or ever would.
