I have a branching view of time and hold that pre-determination (the notion of being able to hold a “future’s end” point of view) is actually the illusion and that the absolute complexity of all things make the future unpredictable and also undetermined. One can imagine a God’s eye view. One can imagine a fly’s point of view. One can imagine a bird looking down across spacetime as if a map. But it’s our imaginations imagining.
