I forget sometimes just how far left of center I am. I also forget that Joe Rogan is pretty much what is considered center now. I’m of the old school systemic-racism view. I remember anti-racism / white privilege talk at Hampshire College back in the early 1990s. But now that it’s become more known, it’s getting clamped down on. Such as it is.

talk of white privilege and anti-racism went the way of multiculturalism and drum circles and men finding themselves by going naked in the desert 25-30 years ago (I never did it but it seemed fun) – and it’s a more conservative world now. Frustrating for an idealist that got to see what I thought was the future but wasn’t.
