weird. I determined a few years back that zinc and magnesium were the only two hings low on my diet. [magnesium is salad basically, and zinc is in a bunch of stuff but a lot in pumpkin seeds, which is why Mexicans are so horny.
When I started taking them, holy shit. I was 13 again, wet dreams and all. It sucked at first. Anyway, zinc leads to testosterone in the body, magneisium relaxes blood vessels allowing blood and nitrous gases to flow in the body.
But yeah, fap pills? I guess they are. I had to cut back to only taking them a couple of times a week or once a week ’cause it was just too much production.
I first tripped over them while researching autism a while back. They also included B12 with the magnesium and zinc. Seemed to help some autistic kids.
Other place I found the combination was weightlifting stuff. Apaprently taking mag, b12 and zinc at night after a workout helps speed muscle recovery.
