I enjoy the gamification as a personal challenge. But the professionalization and monetization steps are ones I never took nor wanted to. I think it’s because I’m from pre death-of-the-internet ’93 days where it was university+military and so the whole notion of stacking commerce on top of this open infrastructure STILL baffles me as it’s crying for instability at the task.
