I don’t take it every day but I suspect I _probably_ run a bit low on them now and again (body probably burns them up) and it’s noticable when I take them. Zinc fights with copper. I drink a lot of coffee which is copper. Copper (leads to estrogen, also in chocolate) and zinc leads to testosterone, white blood cells, and ‘tins’ the ends of nerve fibers. (dulls, smooth, protect). Magnesium opens up vessels, relaxing them. Allow greater blood flow and water retention. (I don’t drink enough plain old water which is probably why this helps).

I was on Lorazapam once upon a time and that combo feels like 1/2 a Lorazapam. I take that combo 1/2 hr before dental visits. I’m a white-knuckle patient (instinct) but with this I can tolerate it without grabbing the arms of the chair.

Let me know if it has any noticeable effects. I’d been through lots of vitamin experiments through the years and these are my successes.

Others I have no problem taking are Fish oil. I think that’s it. I don’t mess with any others anymore.
