It doesn’t exist for those it doesn’t affect. I can ignore it and life goes on as always for me. I’m choosing to pay attention but I can just as easily be oblivious.

I can show studies on implicit bias. I can show statistics in traffic stops.

But it won’t convince you. ON PAPER, everything’s a-ok. Problem solved in 1964, over and done.
