I don’t know all this fancy words, but I had biofeedback and guided meditation to control anxiety when I was 11, which expanded a little “gap” in my mind that I can work within.
That gap first opened while getting strawberry paste dabbed in the back of my throat in 3rd grade to control stuttering. [it was JUST big enough to sort words out inside of].
Expanded it more and more through the decades using whatever came along that seemed to help.
In that space ,which is about 4s with a 1s overlap on either side for a total of 6s, I can reconfigure whatever I need to, or amplify what needs amplifying so it can carry onto the next 6s traincar, or let go of if I don’t want it to continue onto my next “moment”.
