I don’t have to read the article to know it :) I supplement with Magnesium on occasion to give the opposing effect. [muscle relaxation to counter the muscle contraction promoted by calcium]. Calcium supplements are inserted into a lot of US food, but not so much Magnesium, which we usually get in salads and greens (which we’re notoriously bad at keeping levels up of in the USA]
