I did the CLEP “American Government” in January 2024 in order to pass a college requirement for “Florida Civics”. It was actually a pain in the ass. But it covers what a 1st year college or AP high school govt or constitution class has. It didn’t have much about Common Law either. It’s very annoying honestly because it stares us right in the face everytime we talk about famous cases that made law — and how did those cases make law? Judges. all they want us to remember is the 3 branches of govt thing.
