I ask myself a question:
what are you avoiding right now?
I write a list until I stop.
Then I repeat the question and do it again
Eventually I reach a point where it’s very uncomfortable to continue. I start hitting on painful areas or areas that I truly have been avoiding.
It’s at that point I stop. and I have a nice to do list that I can use to avoid the heavier things for a while 🫣ðŸ«
