I added a new photo to the album iOS Photos.Thaw a big handful of frozen blueberries for a minute in the microwave. Add a teaspoon or two or more of Greek yogurt (its 2-4 thicker than regular) and there you go. I like tart. If you like sweet they found that artificial sweeteners actually make vitamins and things stronger while sugar makes them weaker. So if you want it sweeter this is a good case for fake sugar. (You see instead of fighting high blood sugar the vitamins/etc end up fighting with the sugar you just added instead). But I stay out of all that and eat it tart.
